Background

(A) शिव.कॉम टेक्नॉलॉजीज प्रा. लि. हि सॉफ्टवेअर डेव्हलपमेंट आणि सॉफ्टवेअर प्रॉडक्ट सेलिंग कंपनी आहे.

(B) ग्राहक अॅग्रीमेंट करत आहेत शिव.कॉम टेक्नॉलॉजीज प्रा. लि. कंपंनीच्या स्टुडंट ट्रॅकिंग पोर्टल सॉफ्टवेअर सर्विस वापरण्यासाठी आणि पुनर्विक्री करण्यासाठी.

Operative provisions

1. Authorizations

1.1 वर नमूद केलेले ग्राहक शिव.कॉम टेक्नॉलॉजीज प्रा. लि. कंपंनीचे स्टुडंट ट्रॅकिंग पोर्टल सॉफ्टवेअर सर्विस वापरत किवा पुनर्विक्री करत आहेत, की जे वेब सर्व्हरच्या खालील डोमेनवर आहे. stp.sdctechnologies.co.in. or ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………

1.2 वर नमूद केलेले ग्राहक [पुनर्विक्रेता] हे शिव.कॉम टेक्नॉलॉजीज प्रा. लि. कंपंनीचे स्टुडंट ट्रॅकिंग पोर्टल सॉफ्टवेअर सर्विस वापरतील किंवा पुनर्विक्री करतील ज्यामध्ये विद्यार्थी नोंदणीच्या प्रमाणात सर्व्हिस विकत दिली जाईल जी त्यांच्या वापरकर्त्याच्या गरजेनुसार वापरता येईल.

1.3 स्टुडंट ट्रॅकिंग पोर्टल सॉफ्टवेअरचे संदर्भातील सर्व बिलिंग हे शिव.कॉम टेक्नॉलॉजीज प्रा. लि. कंपनीला केले जाईल. सॉफ्टवेअरचे बिलिंग तसेच सॉफ्टवेअरच्या दरामध्ये बदल करण्याचे अधिकार शिव.कॉम टेक्नॉलॉजीज कंपनीला राहतील.

3. Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation of the service at the request of the Client must be made in writing to [Shiv.com Technologies P. Ltd. ]. In the event that service is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Client, [Shiv.com Technologies P. Ltd. ] no any advance or deposit refundable. In the event this amount is not sufficient to cover [Shiv.com Technologies P. Ltd. ] for time and expenses already invested for giving service, additional payment will be due. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within fourteen (14) days of notification in writing to stop work. Final payment will be expected under the same terms as listed in the section titled ‘Payment Terms’ below.

4. Annual Maintenance

4.1 This agreement contemplates the development by [Shiv.com Technologies P. Ltd. ] Normal maintenance of STP software Free of cost means we will do minor and major changes as per company policy.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Customer needs to make 100% payment during registration or renewal.

5.2 Payment should be done as per company’s rules and regulation.

6. Copyrights and Trademarks

6.1 Unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to this agreement contemplates the development by [Shiv.com Technologies P. Ltd. ] of a standard STP software, graphic creation, javascript and any source code required to complete the project as outlined in the STP.

6. 2 If company found any misuse or copy of Software from customer or reseller end then Appr. 1 Lack to 2.5 Lacks rupees fine to reseller or User.
